Other than the parents’ names, their contact information and the names of their enrolled children who are students in the institution will also have to be stated in the sign-in sheet.
Below are some of the types of parent sign-in sheets which can be used by daycare centers, schools, and various organizations: Daily Parental Sign-In Sheet – This is the type of sheet template that daycare providers must use especially for those who will be serving their enrollees daily.
